The LPR-100 Half Mask Respirator protects against hazardous solid dust particles, metal fumes, mists, and vapors. The patented low-profile filter design provides maximum field of vision and is an optimal solution for use with a welding helmet. Four-point head strap adjustments provide a more customized and comfortable fit while the large non-return exhaust valve reduces heat buildup and user fatigue. Replacement filters part number SA00819 Pleated filter design allows for greater surface area to ease breathing resistance. Patented filter media maximizes efficiency regardless of humidity, extending filter life. P100 filters are strongly resistant to oil and provide filtration of airborne particulate including solid dust particles, metal fumes and mists. Wrap-around spark guard protects filter media from sparks and other debris. Nuisance Level Relief refers to concentrations not exceeding OSHA's PELs or other applicable government occupational exposure limits, whichever is lower.
