The Wusthof 8-Slot Thermo Walnut Knife Block offers a safe and convenient way to store your knives and includes a slot for your honing steel and kitchen shears. This knife block will hold 2 - Large Chef's or Asian Styled Knives-2.125" slot, 2 - Bread Knife or Task Knives -1.5" slot, 2 - Paring or Utility Knives-1.25" slot, 1 - Kitchen Shear - 1.375" x .5" slot, and 1 Honing Steel-.625" x .625" slot. Please note, due to the nature of the wood, the color and grain pattern of each knife block may vary. Wipe clean with a damp, lint-free cloth. Knives should be completely dry before being placed in the block to avoid moisture build-up in the wood.
